      They are best known for their gas meters but also made other types. Should be a model number on this and pictures of the connection ports would help.

      Thank you for your suggestions! I uploaded more photos to help. The only number I can find on it says 1894. You may be able to see it in the 2nd photo. Could that be the serial number?

      I agree with Bobby725. The fittings are wrong for gas. I would also say a water concentration meter.
