I found this small vase for $2. I have been moving it around, thinking about sticking a votive in it; treating it like it was glass and metal. This morning while sipping coffee, I realized it is completely made of glass. It has numbers on the bottom and no signature, but if anyone knows anything about it please let me know, thanks.

It’s a treasure. Jugendstil. Best piece I’ve seen here in a longtime. Congratulations.

Thank Vetraio50, I will research your information. I thought it was metal on glass; but it is truly a work of art. Thank you for the information. I vow to treat it much better.
Thank you for the love Vetraio, Mrstyndall, Kwqd, AdeleC, and Fortapache.

I don't know how they sign their art, but that makes a lot of sense. Thanks!

Keramikos, yeah a limited edition. I thought the "OF" were initials...yeah, the word "of " makes much more sense. Well, I have number 93. Thank you again.

So I had this vase appraised on ValueMyStuff and here are the results :

      Guarantee line:
      An overlay glass vase.
      Description:
The vase is in a frosted crystal with black abstract foliate designs on the four sides, the piece is numbered as 93/100.
      Date:
      20th century
      Extra Notes:
From the photographs, this would appear to be a studio piece probably of Italian manufacture or design of the 1960-80 period. The following figures are for market purposes only.
