Parian Ware or Jasperware Green Ewer with Applied Hops and Vines

I found this interesting Ewer on my favourite market stall. The seller thinks it is Victorian, and it could well be, but I can't really figure out what to call it. It seems to be like dipped jasperware, but it's quite light, and the decoration reminds me of Parian Ware. There's no marks on the base. It looks hand made, but the detail on it is amazing. Has any one any ideas on what it is or where made?
