      Early 1900's and it was made for bromo seltzer. If you research "Bromo Seltzer Dose Stand" you will find plenty of them and information about them.

      This one appears to have a plastic dispenser knob where the original was metal. That would make this one either newer or a reproduction. If you intend posting it on eBay be sure to do your research correctly. Misrepresenting it on eBay can lead to big problems. Especially if an informed collector buys it.

      I will post a link below for you. Scroll down and you will find your dispenser which is equipped with one of the bottles they used before 1930. I still have a few of the pre 1930's cobalt blue bottles and having researched it before I still had this link. The link will explain why Bromo Seltzer was actually considered a poison but was never required to have warning labels at the time.
