In my mind buying a single candle stick holder is sort of like buying a pepper shaker. I rarely do it but this one checked three important boxes on my watch list - it is colorful, it was made in Czechoslovakia, and it was cheap. It stands 8 5/8" (21.8 cm) tall on a base with a 3¼" (8.2 cm) diameter. The underside has a small, circular, stamped "Made in Czechoslovakia" mark.

I have the same principle.....but if I like it enough I overrule myself. I'd have liked this one enough !
I have the same stick albeit in a more subdued palette of red/orange. I too have a penchant for single candlesticks. Bob
