    I've been told a lot about this painting but can't find any hard evidence any help is very appreciated

      this is pretty funny! it looks like he's about to tumble out of his little boat.

      This painting has hung in my uncle joes basement bar since I was a kid the family doesn't know anything about it and uncle joe passed on over 20 years ago he was a waterman that was a cap on some of the biggest Tugboats that worked out of the Baltimore harbor back in the 1960's-70's and 1980's mainly the Fells point piers and I would guess maybe he brought it home from a bar in that area "ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED
