Hi CW. This is a really pretty eapg powder jar w/ I believe a basic tin/metal lid. Bought at a yard sale for $3. The lid is engraved "Mistrot-Munn Co. Fall 1911". I learned the Mistrot-Munn company was a high end retail store in Houston Texas. There was a major fire in late 1910 that damaged and burned many of the local shops including the Munn Co. Munn rebuilt rather quickly and I'm pretty sure this piece was sold after the fire. Maybe that's why it's marked "Fall"? Anyways....it's great learning the history of a piece. What I'm unsure of is the maker/pattern. I'm thinking either Heisey or Fostoria. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
