    Two potato pancakes as served at St. John’s R.O. Parish's Ethnic Food Fest. This parish is located in Edwardsville, PA.

    These are authentic, hand made delights. Notice their large size.

    And they tasted as good as they look!

      Yes, Jenni...their looks are a good indicator of their taste! The best ethnic dishes from the churches and social groups. forget about buying an such items from a supermarket.

      These look really good.....
      I was brought up eating potato pancakes, and also potato dumplings that were made by my grandmother..... I still make both of them myself...... I made sure she taught me how to make them when I was pretty young.....
