Small Express Wagon with cast iron wheels. The base of the wagon is wood with the sides made of sheet iron as a magnet sticks. The wagon is red with a green interior. The handle is a make do of twisted wire. The dimensions are 9.25 x4x 4.5 inches tall. I would love to learn more.

Looks to be a modern decorator piece-- the stencil and handle are indicators to me.

Probably just meant for a shelf to give that "old time" feel.

Close up photos of the rivets that hold wheel brackets to the base and metal joints may reveal some clues.
