      I don’t believe it is blown glass; I believe is fused glass.
      To make the horse, flat sheets of glass would have been cut to the desired shapes, then placed in a kiln so that the glass softened/melted sufficiently for the various pieces to fuse together.
      The artist was certainly skilled to achieve the legs at angles to make it stand. He likely used several custom supports to hold the body, mane and tail horizontal but each leg at the desired angles in the kiln.
      It’s beautiful!!
