Here is a 2" brooch depicting the scales of Libra, with one faux turquoise top stone, white rhinestones & a freshwater pearl on goldtone, by 1970s designer PIM. Next to a 3 1-2"H x 3 1-4"W clear & frosted glass Libra paperweight, part of the zodiac series by Paul Isling for Sweden's Nybro Glass ca 1980s

And it’s a beautiful brooch and beautifully displayed with the paperweight.
I love this brooch and I love the scales as a symbol of justice anyway but this has got such a nice interesting swaying sort of design to it which doesn't make the scales look as balanced as the type of scales you see atop court buildings and such, but I like it and think it really works!
