A pair of bronze hare sculptures by Pierre Chenet. These are solid bronze and have the Pierre Chenet signature crown on the bottom (seen in pic #4). These were made in France in the 1970's. They're so incredibly detailed. They're small and only measures slightly over 3" long and 4" tall. As you have seen, I have several other Pierre Chenet bronze hare sculptures in my collection, but these are my favorites among them all and I hope you enjoy them as well.
Pierre CHENET is an artist from northern France who creates magnificent sculptures since the early 1970s.
He uses his own technique, known as "acid patina" which gives his bronzes a unique colour. Each sculpture is unique by its colour.
The bronze is stamped with the crown of his own foundry.
Thank you all for taking time to stop by!!!
