I’m hoping I have this right. Perhaps someone can verify that this is by Jiri Vencalek?
On CW we have an example of Vencalek’s 93 33/10 - a pear in dark blue with white trailing and a green leaf owned by SKLO42.
This apple paperweight seems to be similar but I do not see it in the catalogue.
Rather there is a similar form 76 00/19 but in another decor by Miluse Roubickova and yet another with submerged controlled bubbles 97 07/12 by Jiri Vencalek too.
Fantastic & original glass apple, the white on black stripes are a superb design, kudos!

I am happy to see this apple shape with a label. I have the same shape in clear with black lines and green leaf but no label or name to the base. I love the cobalt leaf! Thanks for posting.

I would think Vencalek from 1993 is correct though I don't know what the pattern number for an apple is. A beautiful little mystery :)
