That could be a "KRALIK" applied flower vase !!

I do not know who made, but I would suspect Artfoot is right. In my opinion, it is not Bohemian/Czech production, and not by Kralik.
I posted a similar one: "Celebration" made in China. OK these are cheap vases, but they are so cheery you can't help but love them anyway. I have had one on my dining table for years- I figure if a cat or kid breaks it, I won't be too sad. This one is more 3-D than the Orange ones, so not positive about the ID......
