The rear end is very similar to the piggy one I’ve just uploaded.
Presumed a netsuke but not sure on the age etc

The piggy one that I've just looked at is not a Netsuke. A photo of the bottom has been very revealing. A photo of the elephant's bottom, (excuse my language), no doubt would be just as revealing.
