Sharing a new, probably 80's-90's assembly line cuff bracelet. 1" flowers Zuni petit point style. stamped 925. I am doubtful that this is Native American. My guess is China. Also showing a ring recently purchased online from India. Beautiful chunky turquoise stone - not delicate - but a nice statement ring that I would wear with my sterling cuffs.

I wish they were Native American, but enjoy them anyway :)

Jenni - thank you, I don't wear them together, but the colors are close so posted together. I would wear the petit point with delicate silver and the chunky Indian with strong geometric cuffs :-)

Phil - yes, it is a nice cuff - also a warning to friends not to spend too much if it not really Native American. But, I love them and wear them :-)

Hi. These are beautiful. Love the turquoise and silver combination. Even if they aren't Native American, they are great design.

Maureen - thanks, I wanted to post so you could compare to your cuff.I love mine, it's a nice size, fits my small wrist and lovely color. Love that big ring too....

Ken - thanks, value-wise it matters; wearing and enjoying? doesn't matter :-) Glad you agree how I feel about turquoise jewels.

Thank you friends - Mani, Kevin, Pebble, Malkey :)

OMG gf!!! I LOVE the cuff! I do believe it's Zuni, I have a ring just like it that's signed...at least I think it is. I'll have to look, sadly I lost a stone out of my ring and waiting to find one that fits so it's put away. it's truly my fav ring. It's very possible the ring you have here is artisan made and many of them use turquoise from China, cost effective for them plus I say artisan because of the band. It looks somewhat like a John Hardy (or what's the other Hardy brother?, one makes the purses and the other makes the jewelry. That band looks similar to the "dot" collection) It's so hard to tell these days.

I say the same thing to my friends tho, if you love it, wear it! And just a fun fact here, did you know that even years ago, many Native Americans got their turquoise from other countries to use in their jewelry! Why, it had to do with cost. That's why it's so difficult for me anyway to tell what kind of turquoise is being used. xoxo

Share - that's right! They used cheaper turquoise for a long time - definitely during the 70's craze. I wonder how old this is....I seem to remember seeing lapis and coral examples exactly like this too in the 90's. As for the India ring - it's just a nice chunk of whopping eye-candy. LOL I bought it and about 6 other stone rings on ebay, then the company was kicked off ebay because they weren't sending their items....most likely found stores that would buy large qtys. It was good while it lasted, I bought some beautiful rings. (Buyer Beware note to CW friends: The rings were so cheap "sold as 925", but some of mine only had a 925 bezel, not the ring shank. I didn't mind because I knew I wasn't going to resell, but I am sure they got in trouble with ebay for that.)

Some people are just so scandalous!!! I'm pretty positive I have seen the whole set of the petite point and signed too. Did I say that already??? haha
