This is an impressive 10" tall vase. A smaller amber one appears in the "unknown" section of the pressglas-pavillon website so I may have trouble identifying it. Going by the design of the foot and overall look and size, I think this is probably by Hermanova/Stolzle but I've yet to find this exact vase.
