      I suspect this is from Florence Italy. Perhaps made at Il Verrocchio Ceramica for example.

      Can we see a photo of the bottom?

      It looks like the HJB brand (some say it must be JBH) has been around for a long time and has actually made all kinds of porcelain and earthenware. Some people think they know it is from Germany, France or the Czech Republic. The modern pieces are often labeled "Made in Italy".
      Something is written on your piece under the HJB mark. Can you decipher what?

      Maybe 193-4 or 193-5 is the background color and the extra number for the golden part.

      I didn't know that LayManOfArt on Etsy uses StudioVanguard as his username.
      Exactly the same photos.

      That also makes it easy to find the final digit. LOL.
