Hi everyone. I need help with this one ;) It is app. 5 1/2 in tall and rather thin and lightweight. It has a rough pontil....a clear applied handle and a simple optical swirl motif. And if you can see in the photos there appears to be an orangish-red color band directly on the top most edge. I'm thinking possibly Blenko glass circa 1960's but it reacts with a yellow-green glow under UV....just like EAPG. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Might be Rainbow Art Glass. Some of their handles are very thin like this.
