      Hard to say for certain from your images. Might be conte crayon or colored pencil drawing.

      Thanks, kwqd It looks like like a crayon to me too with maybe some pencil?. It is behind a glass and has a dust cover so I poked a hole and the back has like a black cardboard behind the dust cover. I thought it may have been a child's work at first but it is to perfect to be that...it is professionally framed too which made me think it maybe something unique. Is it valuable?

      Value depends on who the artist is. A poor work by a popular artist has more value than a great work by an unknown artist. To me, this appears to be the work of an amateur artist, though.
