This was a Flea Market find today 11/16/2019, it's a vintage Hoya Japan Carved and Etched Crystal Paperweight that has a scene of a Castle with Hot-Air Balloons and Fireworks. It's had a hard life, a few chips, but still a beautiful piece of Art Crystal, that I had to save! :^D
The Crystal Paperweight is 5 1/8" tall x 3" across the front x 1 3/4" thick by 13/16" across the back. The scene is carved from the bottom back, and the Balloons on one side, and Fireworks on the other, and when viewed from the front, the Balloons and Fireworks appear to be all around the Castle, because of the Prism effect that the Crystal has.
Photos, 1st front view, 2nd top front, 3rd back bottom view, and 4th the HOYA acid etched mark! :^D
I found a lot of Hoya Crystal Tableware, but not many Art Crystal Pieces, and none like this Piece, so couldn't really find any information about it, other than a Hoya Crystal Museum Line, and don't if this is part of that.

Good morning Peggy, thank you much for the love that you gave! :^D I'm not happy with the way the Crystal and Dark Grey background shows though, it almost looks like an old Black and White photo, but the way the Prism reflex it was the only way to show the Design in the Paperweight, so be it! :^)
