Here's a 1931-1932 (I think) Hawthorne Trailblazer bicycle I rescued from a pile of bikes. I intend to refurbish it, though not necessarily restore it. It's not all complete or original, and I will have to fabricate a new tool box for it. Instead of doing it with two colors and white designs, I will probably do it all in black but copy its original white designs and put on white tires to give it an older look. Then, I shall ride it.

All it needs is a Babe Ruth baseball card in the Spokes. I loved putting cards in the wheels of my Raleigh High Topper back in the 50's!!!

Ha! Didn’t everyone put cards on their spokes? Mothers were always looking for their clothes pins.
Great save, this was never meant to be in a scrap pile!!
