Here is a 7” Czech vase with beautiful decor. I have only seen this two or three times before. It has an orange base color with yellow and red confetti. There is a black color glass on the surface of the glass; it has a crackled texture on the surface. The crackle is usually created by submerging the glass in water which creates cracks to the surface. The resulting cracks are enhanced by blowing more air into the shape. The surface is left rough to the touch

      Here is a possibility....

http://www.kralik-glass.com/images/WelzComparison.jpg The two other examples in your shape are in my collection and are 7 inches tall.

This looks good to me, I have seen the bicolor internal decor in Welz. This piece came from a high quality collection this year; pieces were listed as damaged were in perfect condition. Glad I went by instinct on this one...

This one, and the red and black one in the image are the only two examples I have seen that I would attribute to Welz production.
