He friends, let me introduce this pretty lot of art deco jewelry I bought this week.
The green pendant - not sure if bakelite or galalith, looks pretty much bakelite, smells like bakelite, and has this pretty patina, but Simichrome does not react yellow. ,My guess is bakelite, though. Note the color difference between the front side and the back side. The smaller red pendant - not sure, what is it, maybe galalith. Red brooch with sport theme is from glass, and the central part of the human figure was originally painted red. The black and white rooch is from plastic.
Red glass brooch and the black/white brooch- more photos below:

Any ideas where the pieces were made?
Such fun items! Bakelite or galalith w/chrome mostly came from France, Germany, England. I haven't seen any of these before, but the red/chrome might be German in the Josef Bengel style? (or is). It's possible the green/chrome is celluloid. As for the sports figure - I'm guessing Czech, Austria, Bohemia - heck maybe Russia. I'm not sure about the black/white pin but it's wonderful and definitely an old piece. I love your post of old plastics!
Thank you valentino97! I bought this in a lot of mostly broken, pre-WW2 pieces, the seller was from Czech republic. So I suppose you are right - could be Czech or any of the neighbouring countries like Germany or Austria.
Well I love everything! Thanks for sharing. The red w/chrome looks most familiar to me as Bengel or German. I really like the green/chrome and wonder what the original necklace looked like. And, love your picture too in the reflection :-)
I would like to recover the pendants to their former glory, hopefully I will find some original parts so I can put them into necklaces.
Hah, but that picture is horrible, I look so chubby there, like a panda, I hoped no-one noticed it :D :D
I love every piece! Great collection you have there. It is so cool and modern although old.
Thank you! Yes.,it is oddly modern, agree...
