I believe this is Some Sort of Fuel Pressure Regulator or Some Kind of PSI Gauge Gas Gauge but I can't find one similar on the internet.
If Anyone Knows What this is and what it's used for please forward your knowledge to me.

Looks to me like it might be some variety of a tire pressure gauge, maybe for big trucks or something w/its twin hoses and their different fittings...?? Just a guess, I don't think I've ever seen anything like it either...??

Yes, that is in fact a tire pressure equalizer for dual truck tires. Here's a good explanation of how it works:
