This is an old 10" tall pottery vase- I think it's Turkish/Persian and called an Iznik vase. I've seen some of these dated back to the ottoman empire, but I don't know how to determine the age. There isn't a mark anywhere, which tells me it's older rather than newer, but that's all I've deciphered. Are there any experts in middle eastern pottery that could help me out?

I'm really bad at ceramics/pottery. Thanks, renedijkstra. You wouldn't have a link, would you? I googled your suggestion, but just got more of the same and still didn't see it or anything really similar design/ color wise. Thanks for the love blammoammo, vetraio50, blunderbuss2, truthordare, fortapache, aura, and artfoot!

Here are a couple of links that might help with the decoration colours:

      https://www.christies.com/features/Iznik-Pottery-Collecting-Guide-7183-1.aspx

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iznik_pottery

There are examples of decoration as well. I think you'll agree that the Iznik designs are brighter, the whites whiter. What do you think?

Thanks for all the info guys. It's hard to research and learn when you don't know where to begin. I appreciate all the help!
