This vase is 6" high x 4" wide. It has a ground and polished bottom. It is thick glass and as small as it is, it still weighs 3 lbs. There is a bit of blue in the green color which my images don't capture. When I first saw it, I thought it was Sanyu Fantasy Glass. I had been looking at a lot of Sanyu free form glass. Then I started comparing it to Skrdlovice vases and decided they probably made it. Finally, I started looking at Aseda vases and completely lost my mind and never want to see this vase again. Well, not really, as I really like looking at and holding it.
Based on the link below, sent to me by someone on the glassmessages board,, I think it was probably made by Aseda. It was designed by Börne Augustsson in the late 1940s and is called the “Börnevasen” (or “stubbavas”). Go to the bottom of the page in the link and look at the images in the last frame.

Definitely not Czech or Beranek, I have one of these in a larger amethyst color, all these molded Czech post war are finished with a smooth bottom, no rims, unless it is pressed Czech glass. Interesting. Thanks for posting.
Thanks truthordare. The bottom on this vase is ground flat and polished. I guess my image makes it look like the bottom is recessed. It is not. The interior bottom of the vase makes it look that way. I'll add an image that shows the bottom more clearly.
OK, I looked closely and it seemed to be recessed at an angle. That kinda changes my opinion. Know nothing about Japanese glass. So, maybe I better look at some. :-)
Updated photo of base of vase. It is ground flat an polished. I guess so well polished that it makes it invisible from some angles!
Looking at Japanese glass is a joyful experience! My initial thought that this was Sanyu was that I thought that I had found a labeled example of a vase like this. When I went back to find it, I could not find it again. Maybe the results of too many late nights spent looking at art glass! Lots of Japanese glass has a highly polished ground bottom like this...

Just wanted to make sure other readers of the post understand the substance of the conversation. It drives me crazy when someone makes a change to their post that leaves me wondering what they were talking about.... [Cancelling my plan to print this image on a t-shirt and send it to you as too excessive! :0)]
Sanyu loved to tweak a clear case but this is not theirs. It just isn’t their colour and maybe it’s not even Japanese because of that shade of green.
So it goes Kevin, we are forever chasing a maker and so much glass is hard to pinpoint.
Glass is so hard sometimes and it does my head in on occasion lol!!
Thanks for your comment and for clicking for my vase Karen! I can't capture the actual color for this vase in my images for some reason. It has a metallic blue to the green that my phone camera is filtering out. It is probably an even less Japanese color!
