I know I know but I have to look it up. Just a minute. TallCakes will probably beat me to it. Dang I can not find it. Looks like Colonial Block but not it.

Thanks TallCakes! then is it vintage depression glass or maybe repro?
    8. TallCakes TallCakes, 11 days ago
found pieces in green and pink; also compote and plate; the design and colors are consistent with depression glass. Don't think it would be a reproduction since there is no known pattern and doesn't appear to be very common.

there is a pink vase listed on eBay as well as some green plates. As to the possible Central Glass as maker, here's a quote:
"Today someone posted a tall handled and footed vase with what looks like the same pattern in the Depression & Elegant Glass Identification group. Just for grins, I searched for "brick" on MAGinWV and got a couple of hits with partial brick patterns on glass made by Central Glass Co. (Not CGWorks). I searched for Central Glass Co and got lots of hits, but only a couple of photos of glass that looked 19th C. I went to Tim Schmidt's book & a page on History of Central Glass Works. It seems that Central Glass Co. was primarily 19th C. and was opened and then closed by US Glass. In 1896 some former employees opened the plant and renamed it Central Glass Works. Apparently, over time, the company occasionally referred to itself as Central Glass Company.... "

FWIW Central Glass Works did have an EAPG pattern called "Brick Window' (which does not match your pattern). Just so happens that "R" has an example of that pattern:
