This 3"H teal glass dog was called Pooch and made by Degenhart Glass (1947-1978) as well as many other glass cos including Federal. There is a D imprint in heart near bottom

Awh- he's so sweet! I adore his lovely teal colouring and his puppyish pose! I think it's the pose that makes him look very young too- you can imagine him in a basket by the fire :P

I'm sorry I seem to desert my dear friends on CW, but life seems so busy for me and this is one of the things that falls through the gaps. It's bad really; I miss so many of your wonderful posts and don't hear enough of your positive and generous voice.
