Sometimes, it's just your lucky day.
Went to a local flea market this morning, & picked up this pair of Victorian spatter glass vases for a bargain price.
They are made from three layers of cased glass - clear over pink & green aventurine spatter, with an opaline white interior. They also have traces of worn gilding & enameled flowers - hard to see against the spatter.
They measure 27 cm tall, 8 cm across the base (which do not have pontil marks) & one is 7.5 cm across the top, while the other is 7 cm.
Bohemian origin, Welz I believe.

Yes, I was thrilled to find these & I couldn't believe the price - $15 for the pair. We had a great day at the markets, also got a really nice pair of crystal wine glasses for $3 from the same stallholder, plus a stunning bunch of fresh dahlias, & a vintage metal outdoor bench.
I have an image of a Welz pedestal style vase in this same decor. I would tend to agree that these are Welz. They appear to have been done in a manner which mimics some of the Legras production from the turn of the century.

I have some identified Japanese vases very similar to these. Pretty.
