This was a recent pick up from online, a total gambler's deal. The seller had started the process, then decided to sell as is.
The over paint was likely done many years ago before these signs became worth anything.
I left enough patina so it still looks its age
It had an old clear coat under the paint that yellowed, but it came off well , and likely helped protect the original paint.
Marked AM99,and original stand also.
