This 4 1-2"W purple glass turtle has a silvery white floral hand painted design on its shell by artist E Lowe for Fenton Glass, a Jon Saffell design from late 90s-early 00s

He's adorable, though his long neck lifted up like that and makes me think is he actually a tortoise? I also love the little lilac flowers on his shell, he's very pretty and unusual because of them
I don't think I have seen a lavender one yet, and I love it !

Karen so much thanks for the wonderful comment, I agree Fenton was one of the top US glassmakers esp with animals, not only did they come in great colors they added the hand painted touches
