    Hello

Here is my 1968 Cuda "not yet built" 52 year old model kit. All parts are there ready to be painted and assembled.

It's taking me a while to decide if I want to build it with the "leaning tower of power" slant six (I had one in a Plymouth Valiant....virtually ran forever) or the "elephant" 426 Hemi. I currently have one in my Super Bee....temperamental and powerful :)

I'm certain that if I install the Hemi.... I will need the optional "baloney" tires that come with the kit. On second thought, maybe I should order up the one piece hollow tires for 50 cents/set.

    Thank You for Stopping By!

@blunderbuss2....yep had a slant six in a 1966 Plymouth Valiant Signet HT. The engine was durable and reliable with a lower center of gravity than a straight up six banger. Loved that engine...very easy to work on. The body finally rotted around the drivetrain :)

My Brother did model cars. His favorite was a roadster called “Lil Coffin”. Had a little skeleton leaning on the door. Do kids even do model cars any more? Takes talent and patience!
Love to see yours fully assembled.

@Ms.CrystalShip..Awesome model....I built the same one by Monogram back in the 60s. I'm thinkin' more "kids" my age are building the old vintage model kits :)

      Thanks Much for the Appreciation!!

I'm with ya josscee....Thank goodness for aftermarket to improve flaws and fix auto company's cheapness. I used to be a stock purist to retain good investment...now I don't worry about that and let my other investments work for me. :)
