I'm not sure what I have here. It's a strong (meaning doesn't bend easily) about 28 grams 3/16" wide. Possibly from Sweden, Denmark? Any help is appreciated. It's not sterling.

Jenni - thanks! It's handmade, can see the pound marks at ends. Pretty wonderful.

I can't say it's from here but I see what you mean. It looks viking influence to me :) or did you find it while digging here LOL :)

I don't know if you have a loupe or not but even if you did, it appears to be so old (a great thing) that the stamp is just worn out. But it looks like there is or was a stamp on the left side, no? I have seen a very few N.A. cuffs like this. And at 28 grams, that's some very heavy gauge there too. Do you have acid testers? If so, use the 18k for gold. Try it and if it comes back bright blue... you've got yourself a treasure! (the bright blue would mean, platinum! And I don't care what anybody says, platinum DOES tarnish, I know this first hand!)

Thought I had posted a Platinum bracelet here but I guess not, I had picked it up online for 99 cents, it was tarnished and you couldn't see the hallmark, but was described as "does not stick to a magnet"! I knew just by looking at it, it was something. Wore it for a while and because it was hollow, decided I better sell it before I dented it all up. I got close to a g for it!!! And actually, that was cheap for the buyer! So I know what I'm saying about platinum tarnishes! That would also mean this is not N.A. Lol! xoxo

Hi Share!! I have a loupe and I have the testing kit we bought at the swap meet...I have to find it LOL, There are faint smudges that might be marks. I think it's a Viking item. Definitely not N.A., doesn't have the same vibe. But, I will test it. Thanks for reminding me to trust science and test it....

      Thanks Gudrun for your love
