This 3" scalloped edge brooch and matching 1" clip earrings have two tone blue rhinestones in an antique silvertone setting, from Weiss (1942-1971) ca 1960s

Many thanks Gillian for the lovely compliments and what a great question, with a complex answer - right now it would be, here, there and everywhere lol! We moved some months ago and while I stored my jewelry carefully (much of it in those mini velvet or dark wood jewelry towers), there is still a lot of unpacking to do, I think we need to get more shelving & definitely a display case for my glass animals too :)
It’s actually the twisted edge that makes this set for. Me. It somehow grounds the and defines the rhinestones and makes it look very expensive.
