    “Ernst Fuchs (13 February 1930 – 9 November 2015) was an Austrian painter, draftsman, printmaker, sculptor, architect, stage designer, composer, poet, singer and one of the founders of the Vienna School of Fantastic Realism.” (Wikipedia)

    On this collector’s plate there is a written in German :
    "Kunst, die Versenkung in die Möglichkeit aller Wirklichkeit".
    or
    "Art, immersion in the possibility of all reality".

    The colours and the eye got to me. This one is number 4208 of 5000.
