My Grandfather Gregory Maurek came over from Bohemia in the 1930s ( i think) I am very much a Bohemian soul! Here are some of my prizes! Are these considered costume jewelry or fine jewelry?

These look to be costume. The first photo with the carved coral is very nice, though I don’t know enough about coral jewelry to know if it’s faux or real. The pink necklace is my favorite, lovely light pink beads , in a rarely seen form. Anyone know what these types are called?
Last photo...do you see the “green stuff”? That is called verdigris, and it will erode the metal if not removed! I just bought a pair of earrings, and it was on the findings. Took a while, but I got it all off, and the metal had not started to erode, now shiny and bright, thank goodness.

Thanks Crystal! Yes i know and see the verdigris!!!! Someday soon i will get to that..i don't actually wear these cuz they are old and i love them too much! The clasp ring is actually marked Czechoslovakia! It's amazing they can for all of those letters onto the ring of that clasp! Sorry, i do not know , yet, all the proper jewelry terminology! I collect ALOT of stuff...i am uniquely eclectic! The necklace i believe to be Neiger.

      Your photos are just fine...
Neiger Brothers is top- shelf jewelry! I am not sure if they signed their jewelry or not, not my area of expertise. If it is a Neiger, what a prize!
