    This is a large hand painted jug, made by Royal Winton Grimwades Pottery. It was handed down from my dear Great Aunt, so it does have a chunk out of the base. Most of her bits and pieces had damage! I think it’s very prettily painted with a flowery garden scene, with a slightly less busy other side to the jug.

      Beautiful... takes quite a talent to paint on an uneven surface! And I love how it “quiets down” on the back!
