Gene Krupa and Sammy Kaye had versions recorded of this song released both in 1940.
This single by Domino was released in 1956 and made popular by him. It is a song that is in the Grammy Hall Of Fame.
Hold on to. 50s singles are good. Vinyl 45s appeared in '51, albums three years earlier in '48.

A Reissue..The original release in 1956 has a total different song on the B-Side.
I should have caught this the first time, but I've been lessening my coffee intake and I'm finding treats not going to work!! Lol!!

"Honey Chile" is on the original B-Side release.
The middle object is a 45 RPM spindle. Some 45s were issued with a complimentary one.

Kera, And Thank You..The smaller hole 7" I have posted. Play at 33 rather than 45, these anyway. And yes, tech in turntables was having to play catchup with the fast changing record industry all together.
All the thing with 7", in today's world, with the many albums being reissued on the heavier 180 gram vinyl, 45s are not going to be redone, mostly due to the tech today to get that one song, but a resurgence in vinyl sales for sound mostly. Future says 7", 45s, will be more collectible. One reason also is the resurgence in jukebox restoration, wanting to fill with those discs!
And yes, pop out spindle. Didn't have to use it if one didn't want to, especially if playing multiple ones, alot did not come with one.
