    I found this little brush the other day. it's a little over three inches long and inscribed with 'Charles Weisbacker 1899'. I think that's the correct spelling? Came witrh the leather case too. It's real tortoise shell too.

      Wonderful tortoise shell brush. At one time these brushes were the ultimate in quality, before conservation I expect
