Hello I have this vintage Barometer and thought I would post it as it looks great and hopefully someone will be able to tell me about it. This has been sitting in a box for years. Might use it

I would hang it on my wall just to show the grandkids how we knew about the weather before we could just turn in the Weather Channel or check our cell phones. ;-)
I have put it up but admit that I don’t know how to set it up, it has 2 hands and one of them can be turned by hand
I believe you move the moveable one to match the other one then you will see when it changes.
