I picked this Penguin up at a local thrift store and thats about it for it's history, I'm wondering how old it is, the body is all stained glass. On the base of the body it has "30036" stamped in the material and no other markings. Any ideas would be great because I have not been able to come up with anything so far. Thanks for looking.
