Grandmother In-law's Desk

I pulled this out of my husband's grandma's garage about 10 years ago and have always been curious of its origin. There is part of a label inside one drawer, and some numbers stamped in two other locations. All pictured. Drawers and back also pictured.

My apologies for my ignorance of antique furniture, and if this isn't worth asking over.
