Would not surprise me one bit if this photo was taken in South Carolina, Darlington Speedway perhaps. South Carolina was the birth of today's NASCAR. The oldest racetrack. The roots began from running bootleg liquor..they would 'soup' up the cars to compete with the local Sherrif not far behind them! Lol! Nice Photo!
