I am addicted, scraped all the old wall paper off...so curious as where this trunk came from...I am told it may be European ? Because the burlap weave is tight? Am happy with my progress, would love more info on this piece especially the markings on the side..any help would be welcomed..need to wake up in the middle of the night to work on this piece..hahaahh..novice, yet want to bring it back to life...thanks...any info or help is welcomed..Tracy..Cheers :)

Well it dose look European, the metal handles say European, the front latches look similar to J.H. sessions which are cast metal these look like they are stamped metal, the canvas looks to me to be course weaved which was true to European, the American canvas was a much tighter weave, I would sat around 1900 give or take a bit, without a label no way of telling who the maker was.
