i use this all the time. it's usually weighted down with around 20 jackets and 10 hats and leashes and doggie toys etc... it's in near perfect condition is an old one.

What a beautiful old bit of brass, ho2cultcha!! I too, if it were mine, would probably have it otherwise mostly hidden underneath bunches of jackets/etc most of the time (which currently usually just bury one of my old oak dining room chairs...I should show those and the table off to y'all too one of these days but it'd be a far larger job to 'clean them all off... y'all would love 'em, trust me...)
