Most Polish official's were issued blue-jacket passports with a smaller amount, less than 30%, being issued the bordo/maroon-jacket service passport. The sample here though being blue-covered is officially issued for attending the Olympic Berlin 1936 games, indicated inside the inner-cover (his profession as well is indicated as 'civil servant'). Interesting enough is the Slovakian PRE-WAR visa issued from Warsaw as well in mid 1939! a rare visa indeed (issued by Dr. Julius Kordoš).
I'm always astonished at the rarity of your papers Huddy.
Of course, we have to think what happened to people like this man in the following years.
