This is apparently a family member of mine. I would like opinions or observations about what this picture might offer as clues to help me possibly identify him.
Nobody famous, etc. just a distant relative.

Based off of the clothing and format-- I'd think it was 1880s- 90s time period.

No it’s an ancestor of mine. Nobody of historical mention or fame. I’m trying to identify him. I have a hunch who it might be but would like to know if others are picking up on subtle clues based on this photo.
