    This ice cream scooper made by the Scoop-Rite Company, is made of Aluminum, I believe. It's 6.5 inch (16.5Cm) length, and along with a well balanced weight makes it an ergonomically compliant utensil.

    It's design and construction will carry this item way past when ice cream is no longer made :)rich

      Nice Scoop!! I use Zeroll Alum. Scoops they about the same design. I have about 20 of them for the shop.
