Can anyone identify this pedal car and what it is worth. French 1930’s maybe?
I am looking to buy this from a collector but he also does. Ot have much information on it.

I dunno much about pedal cars, but from what i ve seen, anything bellow 200 i would not even hesitate, but im sure there are ppl here that can give you more accurate advice, Welcome to Collectors Weekly!
